Welcome to Atlanta! Join the Bison at the Celebration Bowl!

Our beloved Bison, the MEAC football champions, are headed to the Cricket Celebration Bowl to take on SWAC champions, the Florida A&M University Rattlers, on December 16th in Atlanta.  

Let’s be clear - this isn't just another football game – it's a celebration of the indomitable spirit of Howard University and the rich legacy of historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). Our team, fueled by passion and determination, embodies the very essence of excellence, resilience, and pride that defines Howard. 

On Wednesday, December 13, help us send off the team! The Celebration Bowl Send Off starts at 10:30 a.m. at the Burr Gym Entrance. Join the band and spirit squad to cheer the team on as they board the busses to start their trip to Atlanta.

Howard University fans are encouraged to wear blue to the game. To show your Bison support, shop for Howard paraphernalia - available for purchase online at the Howard Bookstore. Use the code ‘Celebrate24’ for a 10% discount.   

If you miss the opportunity for online shopping, the HU Bookstore Pop Up Shops will be at the Hyatt Centric Midtown Atlanta in the Avalon room, lobby level on Friday, December 15, and at Mercedes Benz Stadium on Saturday, December 16. Fans will receive a 10% discount on all purchases.
