Today, we sit down with Dr. William Southerland. He is a professor of biochemistry and molecular biology, principal investigator of the HU Research Centers for Minorities Institute's program.

Howard Earns 2023 Seal of Prevention for Online Prevention Education Programs

For the second year in a row, Howard University has been named a recipient of the Campus Prevention Network (CPN) Seal of Prevention. The CPN Seal represents the highest standard for online prevention education, with a rigorous set of criteria to ensure we are making a measurable impact across critical areas including sexual assault and alcohol and drug misuse. Only ~10% of colleges and universities in the country achieved this recognition.
